WOW Fest in East Chicago is unlike many other festivals in the area. It combines fellowship, charity and traditional festival fun. The fest is a product of the Greater Destiny Bible Church and began seven years ago as a small picnic. Now, thousands of people are served with free food, free school supplies, group prayer, entertainment and more at Tod Park every year.
