The annual Nazareth Home Gala will be held Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Meyer’s Castle located at 1370 Joliet Street in Dyer.

Tickets are $100 each and the event will feature food stations, entertainment and live and silent auctions. The 14th annual gala will feature the theme “Fairytales Do Come True.”

The Nazareth Home is a 24 hour a day foster home that was founded in 1993 by the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ to help the rising number of abused or abandoned children in Lake County. The Nazareth Home understands the significance of early childhood development, which drives them to assure that every child’s emotional, physical and spiritual needs are met while at the home.

Organizations similar to Nazareth Home and Foundations of East Chicago work to keep the community well-informed of resources available to give all children a happy and healthy start to life.

If interested in attending the gala, visit www.nazarethhome.com to get your tickets today! If you can’t attend the event but would like to make a donation to the Nazareth Home, contact Jean Bowman at (219)616-6090.
