Food Bank of NWI programs help those who need it most

 Senior citizens make up one of the most vulnerable groups when it comes to food insecurity in Northwest Indiana. The Food Bank of Northwest Indiana has implemented several programs to address this issue and feed as many local seniors in need as possible.

 

The Foundations of East Chicago (FEC) has partnered with the Food Bank of NWI to bring programs like Fresh Produce Box and Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) to the people of East Chicago. Check out the video below to learn more about these programs.
