Foundations of East Chicago (FEC) Collaboration Grants are given to groups of organizations that work to better the city of East Chicago. Communities in Schools (CIS) received a grant to implement the Integrated Student Services program which helps to keep students in school. This is a program that has worked for many of the CIS affiliates for 30 years.
