The Charting for Success program at Communities in Schools of Lake County gives East Chicago students who plan to attend college the opportunity to have experiences like college advising, career exploration and campus visits. The program is designed to familiarize East Chicago students in grades 8 – 11 with the various and experiences they will encounter once they enter college. This helps to increase the success and graduation rates once they have been admitted.

Charting for Success students have many fun and informational experiences every month. Check out the following photo montage to see just what the students in the program do.
